Biotech liquidity.
One continuous VLP.
VLP is the ongoing liquidity vehicle behind VRDCT. Hold one ERC20 token across event-market strategies. Earn the portfolio’s provider fees and carry its inventory results, with continuous proportional entry and exit.
Research / sandbox. Native VLP is not deployed. No live deposits.
USDC-backed claims. Onchain trading.
One position.
An ongoing market.
VLP is designed to keep running as events come and go. New holders join the same portfolio proportionally. Departing holders take their portion—not somebody else’s liquidity.
You accept a funded maker quote.
The maker supplies this basket. Shares mint only after the assets arrive.
Your payment goes to the quoting maker. The vault receives its exact proportional assets, so a cheap quote cannot dilute existing holders.
Illustrative basket and external quotes—not a live price or NAV. Cash routes require funded counterparties. Basket redemption is not guaranteed immediate cash. No live VLP is deployed.Trade the event.
Express a view on an approval or readout without taking every risk on a company’s balance sheet.
An event claim is not a complete stock hedge.Supply the market.
Hold a share of liquidity strategies that supply AMMs and receive their allocated execution fees.
Provider income comes with inventory exposure.Use familiar rails.
Standard ERC20 YES/NO claims, explicit USDC backing and rules fixed before a market opens.
Claims give no company equity or drug IP.A new way to connect
biotech conviction
with onchain capital.
Biotech creates discrete moments of uncertainty. VRDCT turns a precisely defined event into a pair of tradable claims. VLP adds an inventory-backed liquidity layer around them.

One USDC backs each complete pair.
NO trader

More open interest. No VLP capital required.
Opposing buyers can supply the complete backing together. VLP adds liquidity around that demand; it does not need to fund every dollar of open interest.
Buying an existing claim transfers ownership; it does not create additional open interest. Fees excluded from these funding examples.Own the liquidity.
Earn the activity.
VLP holders own a pro-rata interest in the portfolio: USDC, event-sleeve receipts and the inventory economics and allocated fees behind them.
Fee revenue is earned when the pool trades. Inventory gains or losses arrive with the event. Fees can be smaller than losses; no APY or positive return is established.
Many markets.
An ongoing portfolio.
Distinct risk budgets.
There is no preset launch count or universal dollar cap. Continuous VLP ownership sits above event-specific strategies. Each sleeve keeps its declared allocation and risk terms; the portfolio can retain cash and add new sleeves as opportunities arrive. This diagram illustrates one sleeve, not the whole vault.
Before accepting a fill, the pool checks its remaining cash and worst-state inventory value.

The events turn over.
Your VLP token need not wait for every event to finish. Enter or exit proportionally; funded maker quotes can convert between USDC and the actual basket. Underlying event receipts keep their own settlement terms.

A $10,000 example, not a fundraising target. Direct-claim underwriting, not the current FPMM. All cash values are illustrative USDC; fees, expenses and execution are excluded. Cash on hand is not an instant withdrawal allowance. Eight valid binary combinations are shown. INVALID splits each claim’s backing 50/50; disputes can delay settlement. This is accounting, not a production risk engine or a forecast.
